Class Descriptions

90 Percent of our classes are taught to intensity levels.  This means beginners are encouraged to drop into most of our classes, as your instructor will guide you through exercise modifications. We highly encourage listening to your own body, and challenging your body as you become stronger with each class.  Body Shred Blender class is our most advanced class on the schedule, and we recommend that you participate in at least 10 classes before jumping into Body Shred Blender Class.  We also place a great emphasis on stretch,  muscle recovery and destress at the last 5 minutes of classes with yoga stretches and/or foam rolling.

Cardio Barrelates:  20 Min. Cardio aerobics, 20 min. Barre, 15 min. Abdominal mat work.  A fusion of cardio and barre exercise that will challenge and strengthen your core and especially lower body.

TRX Cardio Sculpt: Strengthen your entire body using our TRX total body suspension straps.  This class combines strength training circuits with intense cardio intervals.  This workout will challenge your metabolism, and help with weight loss goals by increasing your muscle strength.

Power Yoga: Power through heat building vinyasa sequences. The practice will be 50 minutes incorporating sun salutations, balancing postures, and core training.  You will strengthen, stretch and destress with this yoga class.

Body Shred Blender:  This class is a blend of Jillian Michael’s Body Shred circuit training with TRX and free weights.  We love variety at Fitness Fusion, so each month we will mix it up and give you tons of variety in this class.  This is definitely one of our most intense classes.  In the summer and fall season we begin class with a run or power walk for 1 mile.  In the winter/spring we spin on the bikes for 10 minutes.  Ignite your metabolism and get in the best shape of your life with this class!

TRX Strength: Strengthen your entire body using our TRX total body suspension straps.  We combine strength training circuits with cardio intervals.  This workout will challenge your metabolism, and help with weight loss goals by increasing your muscle strength.

TRX Pilates Sculpt: 45 minutes of TRX, total body resistance training with suspension straps.  15 minutes of Pilates focused abdominal exercise to strengthen your entire core.  This class builds total body strength and helps define your abdominals while providing an element of flexibility.

TRX Barre Fusion: 1/2 TRX & 1/2 Barre=Amazing Total Body workout.  The best of our favorite classes fused into everything you could ever want out of a core centered workout!

Bristol Barre Blender: 20 minutes of cardio aerobics, 20 min. Barre, 10 min weights for upper and lower body, 10 min. abdominals.  This class will sculpt your entire body, especially your legs!  This class is driven by the music, and we always have kicking playlists to keep you motivated!

Spinyasa: 40 minutes of cardio pumping spin followed by 20 minutes of Vinyasa yoga flow on the mat to help relax, stretch and cool down the body.

Pilates Reformer Small Group Training (Pre Sign Up.  Only 3 spots available): Using our Pilates reformer equipment you will flow through a sequence of core strengthening exercises.  Pilates equipment help improve your abdominal strength, joint mobility and flexibility.  No other exercise truly equals Pilates when it comes to conditioning your core.

TRX Cardio Core Mash Up: 15 minutes of cardio (spin or circuits), 30 minutes TRX or weights 10 minutes Pilates core.  A mash up of cardio, strength and core!  A mix of everything for variety and total body conditioning.
