Danielle jumped into the fitness industry while attending Boston University fourteen years ago. She became certified through A.F.A.A (American Fitness Association of America) and taught a wide variety of classes for her college, ranging from inline skating on the Charles River to cardio kickboxing. Since that point, Danielle has accumulated over 13,000 hours of teaching experience.
After graduating college, Danielle spent over four years working for the Boston Sports Club in Wellesley, MA, where she received her NASM® (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certification and became a Master level trainer. She learned how to work with many different bodies of all backgrounds and ages ranging from the seasoned athlete to the baby boomer whose goal was to chase after their grandchildren.
When Danielle moved to Rhode Island she was drawn to teach and train at a small fitness studio called Core in Providence. It was in this community environment that Danielle thrived as a trainer and group exercise teacher. She enjoyed providing students with creative and cutting-edge classes.
While developing her skills as a teacher and trainer, Danielle chose to fuse her strength training background with the flexibility of yoga and the stability of Pilates. She found that clients benefited from all three disciplines, and wanted her clients to receive a well-rounded workout. Danielle became STOTT PILATES ® certified and YogaFit-1® trained, and is looking forward to developing her skills as a mind-body focused instructor. Danielle truly enjoys motivating clients and students to achieve their personal goals through exercise. She is inspired by the power of fitness, and its ability to transform a person’s life both physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Danielle is grateful to call Bristol her home and enjoys taking in the natural beauty of the town with her husband, energetic and loving toddler, and their dog Sophie.
Originally from Maine, Tiffany has always been driven to maintain an active lifestyle. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. It was at URI that she decided to build and expand on her fitness knowledge by becoming certified through A.F.A.A (Aerobic Fitness Association of America).
Through teaching classes, she is able to combine her passion to help others achieve their goals with her own personal love for fitness. Tiffany is very excited to be teaching Bristol Barre Blender at Fitness Fusion in the quaint town of Bristol.
Tiffany teaches a high energy Barre, TRX and Cardio Sculpt class at the studio. Her classes are filled with energy, creative, and good vibes!
Erika Saviano-Group Exercise Instructor
Erika Saviano, is a Mad Dog Certified Spin Instructor. Erika coaches an excellent spin class driven by motivating music! Erika loves all things fitness and immerses herself in teaching and taking a variety of fitness classes on a weekly basis. Erika teaches Spinyasa at Fitness Fusion, which is a blend of spinning with a relaxing an reenergizing yoga cool down.
Maryellen Fowler-Group Exercise Instructor & Personal Trainer
Maryellen is proud of her work in yoga. A Yoga Alliance 200 hour (YTT200) instructor, Maryellen completed her initial training in 2004 with Tom Gillette. She has successfully completed a 60 hour training in special yoga for special populations, at Shri Yoga Studio. A lifelong learner, Maryellen is currently enrolled in the 500 hour certification program led by Coral Brown at All That Matters School of Yoga. She will earn the certification in March of 2017. Maryellen has been an A.C.E. certified personal trainer since 1999 as well as Johnny G Mad Dogg spin certified, adding Balance Point Pilates in 2000. Her nationally recognized TRX certifications were earned in 2006 and 2007, followed by a Yoga Thai Massage training in 2009. Maryellen completed two nationally certified Barre certifications in 2010. She is also a level one Reiki practitioner.
Maryellen teaches subs Barre, Spin, and TRX classes at Fitness Fusion. She is also taking morning personal training clients.
